- What is a credit?
- 1 credit = one prompt checked against one AI platform in one location, once per day. Tracking a prompt daily across the platforms you enable uses one credit per platform per day.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Your daily runs pause until your next billing cycle resets your monthly allowance — or you can add top-off credits (valid for 1 year) to keep tracking right away.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel any time in Settings > Billing. Cancel before your 14-day free trial ends and you won't be charged. Once you've been billed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan to switch between Starter, Pro, and Agency. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period. For Enterprise, email [email protected].
- Which AI platforms are included on each plan?

- What's the difference between monthly and top-off credits?
- Monthly credits come with your plan and reset every billing cycle. Top-off credits are purchased separately, are used only after your monthly allowance runs out, and stay valid for 1 year.
